She is a PhD candidate at the State University of Campinas (Brazil), where she studies climate disinformation.

In what ways does nature inspire or inform your work?

Brazil is one of the most biodiverse countries in the world. How can a person born in this part of the world not be in awe with nature’s capacity to provide and nurture, with its chaos and logic?

What does it mean to you to be part of a thriving ecosystem?

It means to be in a social, economic or natural environment where every person or element knows what their part is — and are not barred from playing their role because of the unbalance of an unequal system that perpetuates inequality.
