Atmos publishes twice a year, in the Spring and Fall. Members who sign up within the first week of an issue launch will receive that issue. Members who join later will receive the following issue of the magazine.

In addition to our BIOME membership, our work is made possible through contributions from a variety of Atmos advocates. All donations to Atmos are tax deductible.

Who should I contact if I have issues with my membership?
Log into your Donor Portal to make adjustments to your membership tier, billing information, address, and more.

Does Atmos ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes both domestically and internationally.
How do I update my address or billing information?
Log into your Donor Portal to make adjustments to your billing information or address.

How will my donation be processed for my Atmos BIOME membership?
Our membership program is processed once a month from the initial date of purchase. Credit card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all handled through Stripe.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. To cancel your membership, access your Donor Portal. Click on the Recurring Donation you would like to cancel, and scroll to the bottom of the page where you are given the option to “Cancel Recurring Donation”.

Can I gift a BIOME membership to someone else?
Yes. When you go to check out, there will be an option to “Dedicate this donation”. At the end of checkout, you will be able to include a personalized message.
What types of events are offered to Biosphere and Ecosystem BIOME members?
Atmos is proud to provide priority invitations to our events; from book and magazine launches, to partnerships and collaborations in New York City, London, and beyond.
